Treat every member with courtesy and respect. Disagreements are natural — handle them professionally and constructively. Personal attacks, condescending remarks, and dismissive language have no place here.
Represent yourself, your background, and your business accurately at all times. Do not fabricate credentials, inflate achievements, or misrepresent your role. Authenticity is the foundation of trust in our community.
Share truthful information about your company, product, traction, and team. Do not make unsubstantiated claims about revenue, user numbers, or milestones. Misleading other members for personal gain is a serious violation.
Harassment, intimidation, bullying, or threatening behaviour toward any member — whether in public posts, comments, or direct messages — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action.
Content or behaviour that demeans, threatens, or discriminates against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, nationality, age, or any other characteristic is forbidden.
Do not post repetitive, irrelevant, or self-promotional content that does not add genuine value to the community. Unsolicited advertising, affiliate links, and mass cold outreach to members are not permitted.
Do not share personal information, private conversations, or contact details of other members without their explicit consent. Respect confidentiality when someone shares sensitive business information within the community.
Do not spread false or misleading information about other members, companies, events, or the platform itself. If you are unsure whether something is accurate, refrain from sharing it until you can verify it.
Do not post, share, or link to any content that is illegal under applicable law. This includes content that infringes intellectual property rights, promotes illegal activity, or constitutes defamation.
Attempting to defraud, scam, or manipulate other members — including false investment pitches, fraudulent partnerships, or identity impersonation — will result in immediate permanent removal and may be reported to authorities.
Systematic extraction, scraping, or automated collection of member data, posts, or any platform content is strictly prohibited. Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform without prior written consent from Foundonect is forbidden.
Only post content you own or have the right to share. Do not reproduce substantial portions of copyrighted works without permission. When referencing or quoting others' work, give appropriate attribution.
Maintain a professional tone in all interactions. Avoid excessive profanity, inflammatory rhetoric, or content designed purely to provoke emotional reactions. Your posts and comments reflect on the broader community.
If you witness a guideline violation, please use the in-app report function on posts, comments, or profiles. Do not abuse the reporting system to target members you personally dislike. False or malicious reports are themselves a violation of these guidelines.
All activity on Foundonect must comply with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in addition to these guidelines. In the event of any conflict, our Terms of Service take precedence.
Violations of these Community Guidelines may result in one or more of the following actions, applied at Foundonect's sole discretion based on the nature and severity of the violation: • A formal written warning issued to your account. • Temporary suspension of posting or messaging privileges. • Full suspension of your account pending review. • Permanent removal from the Foundonect community. We aim to apply enforcement consistently, fairly, and proportionately. In cases of severe violations — including fraud, harassment, hate speech, or illegal content — we reserve the right to proceed directly to permanent removal without prior warning. Repeated minor violations may also escalate to permanent removal.
We may revise these Community Guidelines from time to time as our community grows and evolves. When we make significant changes, we will notify members via email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of Foundonect after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised guidelines. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
